Meet Haley Hong Pham, founder of Brilliance Imaging and a triple-registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer with over 6 years of experience in OB/GYN, Abdominal and Vascular ultrasound.
Her background includes working across both hospital and outpatient clinical environments, where she developed strong skills in diagnostic imaging, efficiency, and patient care.
Recognizing that many patients want a more comfortable and personalized experience, Haley established Brilliance Imaging to offer an alternative to traditional settings — one that feels more private, calm, and centered around the individual.
Our Goal
Brilliance Imaging provides both diagnostic and 2D/3D/4D elective ultrasound services, along with the convenience of mobile appointments, allowing patients to receive care in a way that best fits their needs. We bridge the gap between clinical necessity and personal connection.
